Cosmic Crisp® Power Porridge

Ingredients
- 200 g rolled oats
- 800 ml milk or plant-based drink
- 2 Cosmic Crisp® apples, thinly sliced
- 150 g blueberries
- Nuts of choice (e.g. almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts), roughly chopped
- 4 tbsp puffed quinoa
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- A pinch of salt
- Honey or maple syrup, optional, for serving
Method
- Cook the porridge
Bring the oats, milk and salt to the boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 8–10 minutes, stirring, until creamy. - Serve
Divide the porridge between bowls. Top with Cosmic Crisp® apple slices, blueberries, nuts, puffed quinoa, sunflower seeds and chia seeds. - Finish
Sweeten with a little honey or maple syrup if desired.
