Mini heart waffles with Cosmic Crisp®

Ingredients
- Prepared waffle batter of choice (approx. 400 ml)
- 1–2 Cosmic Crisp® (approx. 250–300 g), finely diced
- Honey or pure maple syrup, to drizzle
- Ground cinnamon, to sprinkle
- Avocado oil spray
Method
- Preheat the mini heart waffle maker and lightly spray with avocado oil.
- Spoon the waffle batter into the waffle maker and cook until golden brown and crisp.
- Transfer the waffles to plates and top with diced apples, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, and a generous sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve immediately.
