Herby cheese and Cosmic Crisp® tart

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 Cosmic Crisp®, thinly sliced
  • 150 g Emmental cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Honey, for drizzling
Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded Emmental cheese evenly over the pastry, leaving a 2 cm border.
  4. Arrange the apple slices over the cheese.
  5. Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling to create a border and bake for 20-25 minutes until the pastry is golden and puffed.
  6. Sprinkle thyme and chopped rosemary over the apples.
  7. Drizzle with honey, slice, serve and enjoy!
