Herby cheese and Cosmic Crisp® tart

Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 Cosmic Crisp®, thinly sliced
- 150 g Emmental cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- Honey, for drizzling
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment.
- Sprinkle the shredded Emmental cheese evenly over the pastry, leaving a 2 cm border.
- Arrange the apple slices over the cheese.
- Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling to create a border and bake for 20-25 minutes until the pastry is golden and puffed.
- Sprinkle thyme and chopped rosemary over the apples.
- Drizzle with honey, slice, serve and enjoy!
