Easy brie fondue with Cosmic Crisp®
Servings2-4
Preparation time20–25 minutes
Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of brie (approx. 225 g)
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh sage, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • Bread, to serve
  • Cosmic Crisp®, sliced, to serve
Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 °C.
  2. Cut off the rind from the top of the brie and place it back into its wooden box, if available, or into a small ovenproof dish.
  3. Sprinkle the garlic, thyme, sage and black pepper over the brie.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then stir gently. Return to the oven for another 3–5 minutes until melted and fondue-like.
  5. Serve immediately with apple slices and bread.
