Easy brie fondue with Cosmic Crisp®

Ingredients
- 1 wheel of brie (approx. 225 g)
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
- 1 tsp fresh sage, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- A pinch of black pepper
- Bread, to serve
- Cosmic Crisp®, sliced, to serve
Method
- Preheat the oven to 190 °C.
- Cut off the rind from the top of the brie and place it back into its wooden box, if available, or into a small ovenproof dish.
- Sprinkle the garlic, thyme, sage and black pepper over the brie.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then stir gently. Return to the oven for another 3–5 minutes until melted and fondue-like.
- Serve immediately with apple slices and bread.
