• 4–5 ripe strawberries, sliced
• 1 tsp honey (approx. 7 g)
• 120 ml grapefruit juice
• ½ Cosmic Crisp® apple, thinly sliced, plus extra for garnish
• 355 ml apple cider

OR (wine-based version)

• 60 ml apple juice
• 120 ml dry white wine (e.g. Sauvignon Blanc)
• 240 ml chilled sparkling water (seltzer)

Apple cider version

1. Place the sliced strawberries and honey in a cocktail shaker. Add the grapefruit juice.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
3. Divide the mixture evenly between three stemless wine glasses.
4. Top each glass with one third of the apple cider.
5. Garnish with Cosmic Crisp® apple slices and serve immediately.

Wine spritzer version

1. Place 9–10 slices of Cosmic Crisp® apple in a cocktail shaker and muddle well.
2. Add the strawberries, honey, grapefruit juice and apple juice.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until thoroughly chilled.
4. Divide the mixture evenly between three stemless wine glasses.
5. Pour the white wine evenly into the glasses, then top up with sparkling water.
6. Garnish with Cosmic Crisp® apple slices and serve immediately.
