Cosmic Crisp® Blueberry Ice Lollies Two Ways

Ingredients
- 1 Cosmic Crisp®, peeled, cored and chopped
- 200 g frozen blueberries
- 360 ml apple juice or lemonade
- 240 g plain Greek yoghurt
Method
- In a blender, combine chopped apples, blueberries and yoghurt, blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion.
- Insert lolly sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
- To release the ice lollies, run warm water over the outside of the moulds for a few seconds.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!
