Cosmic Crisp® Applesauce Overnight Oat Parfait

Ingredients

  • 45 g rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 125 ml milk of choice
  • Cosmic Crisp® applesauce
  • Vanilla Greek yoghurt 
Method

  1. In a bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, milk, honey and milk, stir well. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes to set.
  2. Divide the oat mixture between 2-3 serving glasses. Add a generous layer of Greek yoghurt, followed by a generous layer of homemade applesauce.
  3. Cover and chill for 4 hours or up to overnight before serving and enjoy!
